This is a farm blend of Pacamara with different processing methods and day lots. It consists of about 60% Natural, 30% Washed and 10% Honey Processed. This combination makes for an all-around nicely balanced cup, recommended as a breakfast coffee, espresso or coffee with milk.

BREW THIS

Overall this is a fun one to brew, it works pretty well with most brewing methods. We've been especially loving it in V60s with a 17:1 ratio, using 18.8g of coffee and 320ml water, with a 3-3:30 brew time.

ABOUT THE FARM

Our relationship with Agricola Geisha has grown tremendously together over the years, and we are one of the few roasters in the US to import their coffee (most goes to the high end Asian market). 

Unfortunately, this will probably be our final purchase from these wonderful farms. The grandparents sadly passed away last year, and the surviving family members don't live in Panama or have coffee experience. This will likely force the family to sell the farm.

So we hope you enjoy the last of their coffee. Savor each sip, and remember the great offerings we've had from these wonderful people over the last 7 years.
