BREW THIS

This coffee works well with just about all brewing methods, including espresso. If you're looking for a fuller bodied beverage brew with a tighter brew ratio of around 16:1 (water:coffe) for manual brews and 2-2.4:1 for espresso. If you're chasing more of the fruits and higher acidity we recommend expanding the brew window to 16.5-17.5:1 for manual brews and 2.5-3.5:1 for espresso.

This coffee is also worthy of a proper espresso allonge. We recommend 19 grams in a 90-100 ml total beverage out. If you have a decent espresso machine use the pre-programmed setting.
