Ethiopia Guji Peaberry

Ethiopia Guji Peaberry

This is one of the best natural Ethiopians we've ever had.  Very clean, and complex with major blueberry notes happening.  With a cupping profile of vanilla, blueberry and apple this is one you don't want to miss!

This coffee was grown and produced without synthetic fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides or fungicides, and is certified organic.

Continent: Africa
Country: Ethiopia
Region: Guji, Buku Sayisa
Varietal: Dega (Peaberry)
Quality: Grade 1
Farm: Multiple local farmers
Process: Natural

Our importer secured this lot through his good friend at the Veer mill in Guji Wamena, on an exclusive basis, so they are the only one that have access to this high profile coffee!

Buku Sayisa is one of the highest elevated coffee growing regions in Ethiopia at 2350 meters above sea level, where this coffee is grown and processed for export.  This coffee comes from 430 smallholder farmers in the area who bring their cherries to the mill by way of horses because of the uneven and steep topography.
