This coffee comes from a large Co-Op (Cooperativa de Caficultores del Departamento del Huila) that is working hard to produces great coffee from the region.

This coffee is well balanced and enjoyable for anybody and everybody, as well as 'coffee professionals.'  We feel it embodies the taste and flavor of the Huila region of Colombia being chocolatey, rich and a malty like sweetness.

This coffee was grown and produced without synthetic fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides or fungicides
