Loma La Gloria Black Honey
This coffee comes from the El Boqueron region of El Salvador and does a great job at representing the terroir of the region in a nice clean and sweet cup. The farm is owned by farming legend Anny Ruth, who learned about coffee from her parents. This is the third year in a row we were able to secure some of her coffee, and have become friends with her over the years. It's a pleasure to work with such great, professional people in the industry.
This is a great coffee for the colder temperatures of winter, and is a "do it all" coffee. It works great with most all brewing methods and whatever additions you like to add to your coffee, as well as enjoyed black with notes of cranberry, apricots, and a honey like sweetness.
