This coffee is highly soluble and easy to extract, making it a great pairing with all brewing methods. It has even made its way onto our Single Origin espresso offering in the cafe! You may need to grind slightly more coarse than some of our other coffees. One great thing about La Ilusion is it is very forgiving and very drinkable along the way to dialing in the optimal brew!
