First coffee for all subscribers, San Pedro Necta
San Pedro Necta, is a washed Guatemalan coffee from the Huehuetenango region. This coffee is very characteristic of a coffee from the Huehuetenango region, and is a great all around performer from your Mr Coffee to delicate pourovers to espresso.

Second coffee for two bag subscribers, Kivu
The second coffee is Kivu, from the Kageyo washing station in Rwanda. This washing station won the Rwanda cup of excellence in 2011, and this coffee is still holding strong. We are currently offering this coffee as a SO espresso at the cafe because of its chocolate undertones, hints of dark berry and a smooth citrus like finish, also does well in pourovers and batch brew.
